报这样的错，一个解决办法是调整timeout的时间，可以在eclipse中调整，或者在.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core的servet.xml中调整

可是我今天调整了也没有解决。我看了看eclipse右下角的进度一直是在启动tomcat的状态，然而控制台告诉我我的tomcat早在800年前就启动好了。

究竟是什么原因呢？猛然一想，原来是自己在tomcat中引入的eclipse工程被关闭了。双击eclipse打开被关闭的工程，一切正常了。右下角的进度条会随着tomcat的启动完成而消失。
