activity添加Fragment 的两种方式

方法一：xml页面：里面有《fragment》标签

 Activity：

FragmentManager fm = getSupportFragmentManager();
  mListFragment = (ListFragment)fm.findFragmentById(R.id.fragment_list_subject_setrequire);
  mListFragment.refreshList(this,mList);

方法二：xml页面：里面无《fragment》标签 而是用《LinearLayout》标签

        FragmentTransaction transaction = fm.beginTransaction();
        transaction.add(R.id.fragment_container, mListFragment);
        transaction.addToBackStack("fragment_list_subject_setshare");
        transaction.commit();
