解压sonar，并设置权限

 在启动的时候，会报es的错，所以到时排查一下就好了

[ sonarqube-6.7.4]# su sonar ./bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh status
SonarQube is running (16588).

 这个token要记下来，后面会和Jenkins整合
